Unquestionably God

God at work

Sometimes God shows up in ways that cause us to know that it was no one but Him.  His intervention is undeniable, indisputable, certain.  We know that it is not a coincidence, not luck–but God.  It is at these times that His display of love is overwhelming, unbelievable, breathtaking.  “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).”   These times should serve to draw us closer, realize just how much He cares about the details of our lives, and cause us to love Him even more.

I’m grateful for the avenue of prayer and thankful that our prayers do not fall on deaf ears.  “Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you  (I Peter 5:7).”  Thank you, Jesus, for showing up and showing out on behalf of those who put their complete trust in You.  I confess that You know best and that You always have our best interest at heart.  Help us to delight ourselves in You as you have proven the truthfulness of your Word.  “Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart (Psalm 37:4).”

Help us to be sober, alert to your powerful work on our behalf and to know that there is nothing about us that escapes your attention and concern.  Thank you for being our God and for being mighty to subdue the enemy and most of all for being Holy.  You are awesome beyond compare and there is none like You.  Cause our enemies to know that You are the Almighty God and that You come to the rescue of your people.  “Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full (John 16:24).”

Thanks for visiting, following, subscribing.  Take care & be blessed.  God’s choicest blessings are your in 2015!
