What Will You Do (WWYD)?

“Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? [They] all say unto him, Let him be crucified (Matt. 27:22).”  I believe that is the question to each of us today.  What will we do with Jesus, which is called the Christ?

I’ll tell you what I did with Him.  I invited Him into my life when I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.  No, my life wasn’t horrible or anything but I needed a personal Savior and Lord.  Searching for meaning and purpose, I soon found that when you put your hope and trust in people, they’ll disappoint you most every time.  And in reality, although it would be nice, it’s not their responsibility to come through for you, to follow through on what they promised or to please you in any way.

I decided I needed a new BFF!  This one… I can trust!.  And I can confide in Him and not worry about hearing it again elsewhere.  He comforts me and gives me peace.  He shows me unconditional love.  He’s my joy and great reward.  He’s my healer and provider. He’s more than I ever could have hoped for and I’m so glad He calls me friend.

Each of us must make an individual decision concerning what to do with jesus.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.  He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God (John 3:16-18).”

  1. I love that! “WWYD?”. We all know what Jesus would do, but now that He’s set the example…i believe our Lord is looking at us and now asking us WWYD? Will we trust in friends over Him, will we trust in our cars, houses, jobs, health to keep us through or will we choose to Trust in the Lord with all our Hearts, Minds and Souls? Definitely food for thought there.

Bless you for this Post hun.
    Have an awesome week 😀
