It’s Working for My Good

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose (Rom. 8:28).”  It’s working for my good!  No matter what it looks like –for we walk by faith, not by sight (II Cor. 5:7)” – it’s still working for my good.    Although it may be visible with the natural eye, if it doesn’t line up with the Word of God for my life, it’s only a temporary fantasy–with the Word of God my sure reality.

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen [are] temporal; but the things which are not seen [are] eternal (II Cor. 4:18).”  The things which are seen are sometimes sent to discourage us, to shake our faith.  I choose to believe what I see with my spiritual eye; for I know His plans for me are good–to prosper me and not to harm me, to give me a future and a hope (Jer. 29:11).  So no matter what we’re going through, “keep it pushin’.” It’s bringing us to our destiny.  Joseph went through many trials before becoming the ‘Governator’ of Egypt.  He believed what he saw with his spiritual eye and was, therefore, able to succeed in the midst of every trial.  He understood that God had a purpose and a plan for his life.  And everything he went through was ultimately working for his good.  He was able to respond to his brothers’ apology, “But as for you, ye thought evil against me; [but] God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as [it is] this day, to save much people alive (Gen 50:20).”  No matter what you’re going through, regardless of the succession of seemingly never-ending trials, know that if you’re walking with Christ and following the leading of the Holy Spirit, it’s working for your good.  Persist until you succeed.  Thanks for visiting, following/subscribing.  Take care & be blessed.  Please also visit… www.xtreme-fire.com.

    Persevere.
    A most important word.
    Persistence and perseverance.
Proper planning, persistence, perseverance prevents poor performance.

  2. I like that… I’ll try and say it 5 times fast! Amen though… persevere… he that endures (perseveres) until the end shall be saved (Matt. 10:22).
