Takin’ It!

“And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force (Matthew 11:12).”  It’s time for the army of God to snatch what the enemy has stolen from us.  It’s time for us to become violent in redeeming what belongs to us as children of the Most High God.  Certainly, such learned behavior as saying “pretty please” won’t work here.  “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly (John 10:10).”  Christ comes to give us abundant life, a full life–overflowing with goodness, and the enemy comes to destroy it!  It’s time for us to become relentless in retrieving our rightful possessions.  Health and wellness, whole healing and even a prosperous life is ours!  Walking in the blessing, decreeing and declaring the Word of God and expecting corresponding results belongs to us!  Get mad, get angry, but get violent in taking it by force.

The enemy won’t simply relinquish the blessing because of your charming personality.  The enemy withstood Daniel 21 days and held up the answer to prayer; although the prayer was heard on the first day.  So… don’t give up; know that the prayer was heard and the answer is on the way.  As we trust in God and stand on his Word while practicing a lifestyle of holiness, we can be certain that “it is [our] Father’s good pleasure to give [us] the kingdom (Luke 12:32).”  So… awake from this passive dream and become assertive about the things of God and His will for your life!  Become aggressive about taking back your stuff!
